I'll buy one for use it, and for put it next to native and native 3 in my showcase.
I hope don't run out all of them when i arrive home. I'm from Spain, a few hours of difference with the U.S.A.... so wish me luck.

Greetings friends

Confused new member

Post by RSV2400 »

TazKristi,

I just bought my first Spyderco (a Delica G-10) and also just registered for the forum membership. I'm either not finding the right FAQ area, or I need some help from yourself or another, long term member. I was unable to find any explanation of what the member benefits were (though it's obvious from your post that new releases are posted for members with member discounts - nice!). How often are new releases and sprint runs posted, do these happen at specific times or a set number of times a year? Are there any "members only" releases? When do the new year catalogs post on-line and are there supplements issued during the year?

Thanks for the help - Bob

I'll have to admire this one through the pics everyone post. I've got to many medical bills to justify spending on a new knife. (bad ticker) Sooooo evryone post some good pics, I'll collect pictures from now on. :D

I will keep mine as a back up in the event I ever lose my Tasman Salt. Then again, since I have never not carried a hawkbill, I may just buy a replacement and leave the forum knife alone.

As my Natives are the only Spydies in my collection that I will be hanging onto (other than some users and some that were gifted to me) I will certainly be adding this one to my collection!

Cheers, Ken

I think they will be available for at least a few days.
Time will tell.........
I just don't see folks trying to buy this knife to turn a profit on the 2ndary market. This knife has lots of great features, but its still FRN.
USN forum knifes are now going for more than the Member discount price but less than retail. I would think the same thing will happen here.
Plan to pick up (2) later on today.
One to use, one for the collection.

Thanks again for making this knife!

I think some got stuck with the USN endura.I saw many of them at more than MSRP and they just sat there.
I am planning on picking up 2,keeping one and trading one as I was in the market for a green UKPK or Rookie and by me trading one of mine for a knife that sells for about the same amount might help out someone that could not afford one right now. Then again I may give it to my son as his Christmas knife.

Should be under Specials.

One of the previous Mules didn't show up for an hour or two but could be accessed in the meanwhile through the Blade Steel lookup.
