Most of mine have come from eBay and the BladeForums Exchange forum. A few I got from a Spyderco distributor, John F Jensen, who sold discontinued models to the public but is now retiring and no longer seems to have any. And, when I was desperate enough to pay full MSRP, I got a few from Country Knives.

It'll sound silly, but mine is a Tasman Salt SE in Yellow.

:p

And I ordered one today, in six to eight weeks my quest will be at an end.

Well my first grail knife is on its way , an SE Massad Ayoob :D . It's a user too, so I wont feel guilty about using it either.

The only other grails I need now are : Chinook I CE, Large Persian, Micarta Caly Jr, actually you might as well add all the older Micarta lockbacks... and Spydutch's SE D2 Military! :p

For me it is the orange G-10 Military and the orange ladybug but with no work and the economy the way it is they will probably be all gone by the time I can afford them. But it does not hurt to dream, right.

GOD BLESS!!!

Don't worry, when you got the money somebody else might need it and be willing to sell their orange :spyder: s.

It makes the hunt so much more enjoyable when you have to really look for a particular :spyder: instead of just giving your credit card number to an internet shop and wait a few days.

Even the really rare ones like the anniversary Delica - the one with stag handles and damascus bolsters and blade - pop up now and then.

Kinda Sad, I FINALLY have all my Grail knifes.
Spyderco, MT, BM, & CR. Have a little over 200 folders.
The good news is, more are released every 6 months or so.
IHMO Spyderco needs to start cranking out Colorado made folders in M4.
That would help get me going again!
A new 3 3/4"-4" CF with M4 would get my attention in a hurry.

If you read this Sal, a 1/2 Ti, 1/2 CF Tip up Military with M4 would go a long way.
If you build one, please give me the option of buying one of the 1st one's produced. If not the 1st. LOL LOL
:D
:spyder:  :spyder:  :spyder:  :spyder:
More S90v & CF please.......

For me it is the C46 Bob Lum folding tanto with black G-10 grips and satin, plain-edge blade. I handled one when they first came out, but sadly I was much too young to afford one then. But someday I will own one.

got my grail today, a NIB Li'l Temp with a leaf shaped blade.

found it in a Belgian shop, ordered and paid for it. received a mail en francais, naturellement, telling me the knife had been sold already, it's not being produced anymore (I knew that!!!:mad :) and I'd be welcome to buy anything else at their shop. I was truly hopping mad. respectfully declined, in English, having never learned French and received a credit for the amount I had been debited. talk about a disorganised shop!

found another one somewhere else, fortunately.

Really? Do you have a picture? I've only seen the leaf and trailing point models.

That's a darned shame. A drop point Lil'T would be a phenomenal offering.

Forest green Jester.

I'm not willing to pay bidding prices though, so it remains the unclimbable mountain.
