BaliYo clone or unattributed on-sell?

I just saw this on thinkgeek.

It looks identical to the BaliYo; the video is very familiar, but there is no attribution at all to BaliYo or Spyderco.

It's probably a rebadging to protect the huge mark up, but anyway, I'm just keeping my eyes open for you.

It's a Baliyo and according to TazKristi Thinkgeek is an authorized reseller (at least, as of a few months ago when I PM'd her on the same subject).

its an actual Baliyo, i ordered a few of theses for some friends over the holidays, theyre all the real deal. they most likely just spaced on putting up the actual name of the product
