Is this a problem?

Recently purchased a Spyderco UKPK in orange g10 a few weeks ago and it arrived this week and boy was I pleased, its an awesome knife and it cuts like anything out there, and am very excited to fully test the knife out as my new edc. :D

Am a lefty and boy did i have a problem changing the pocket clip over but was finally able to after a bit of wrestling with the clip and slot hehehe.
Any ways my main concern is that the screws are supposed to be paired with torx heads on both sides right? My UKPK came with one side flat (pics to follow below) now normally i would go and exchange it with the store i got it from right.. but my problem is that am in the Philippines and shipping costs are quite high....now would like your opinions, should i go through the hassle for a screw that is still holding and should indefinitely? the shipping costs both ways can almost buy a new knife.....
it hasn't affected the utility of the knife an any way and it still works perfectly... i guess it just bugs me that one of the screws is different... what do you guys think?

It would bug me, but not enough to spend so much money to send it back. Try writing in to customer service to see if they will send you the proper screw for some nominal charge. Couldnt hurt.

It shouldnt effect usability of the knife, but it does effect it cosmetically, if it doesnt bother you i would not worry about it.But if you want peace of mind i would go with Pneumothorax advice.

I lost a clip screw one time and wrote it about it, they sent out two replacements for me. I would write in and see what they can do for you.
