I just tried to move my wire clip from RH/TU to LH/TU on my Urban, and for some reason, I cannot get the screw out of the hole. The screw on the clip side comes out easily, but the other screw cannot be screwed or pushed out (from the opposite side). In fact, it looks like the screw might be stuck in the G-10 frame.
I've been able to move my clip on my Caly 3 without any issues, so I know how it should work.
Has anyone else with an Urban had similar issues?

The tension off the slip joint lock which is part of the backspacer creates the difficulty here. What I did: Unscrew the screw just a bit, then push the screw on a hard flat surface, by putting pressure on the scales. The pin will come out a little bit. Unscrew a bit more, and press again. Make sure to keep the pin in. Once it's completely out, it is very difficult to get it in again.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, the screw doesn't seem to move at all. I think I will need to send it in to :spyder: for repair (the screw is almost stripped now). I'm disappointed -- but I think my new Caly 3 will keep me occupied for a while.

Thank you!!!
You guys are awesome. I went ahead and disassembled the knife, and was then able to easily switch the clip.
I was surprised how easy it was to reassemble the knife. I guess I expected there to be flying parts and springs and envisioned nightmare scenario when reassembling. However, it's nice to know how simple the mechanism is, and how easy it would be to clean it if necessary.
Thanks again for all your help. I really appreciate it.
