maybe you need to be a repeat customer...the coupon is only good on clearance items too.

go to view cart and look for where it says "Coupon: More Info" Click on more info and it will give you a list of what products the coupon is good for.

I just registered on the site right now and it worked for me

Awsome got a sweet light for $20....Believe it or not i was looking for a light and was gonna pay $50 for a similar light.....U saved me $3:D

Thanks for the heads-up! Just made my first Fenix purchase. I've been in the market for a good AA light, so I picked up an L2D. Definitely seemed worth $21.

The LD2 must have sold out. All I see is the P3D which comes out at $23 before shipping. I'd like to get that but hate buying those CR123 batteries.

I would suggest everyone who ordered from that site to check your email - I just got notice that due to an error in the payment processing software, my order was deemed "incomplete" and canceled. I went back to the site to re-order, and the item I ordered is gone.

I emailed asking if I can get the original item, so we'll see how that works out. I was looking forward to getting my first Fenix light; hope this doesn't leave a bad taste in my mouth. I understand that mistakes can be made, but what is more important is how they are rectified.

Well i got hosed by these guy's today, After paying thru paypal and getting a completed order confirmation this is what i get today...

I don't know, "hosed" may be a bit strong. With the viral nature of these online coupons (especially one that nets 50% off! :eek :) that apply to already popular items which are already at sale prices, I'm not surprised their store software got overwhelmed. When I ordered my L2D, I noticed there was a note on the page about "problems with paypal". I paid with credit card and all went through well. Could have been that a glut of paypal purchases suddenly went through and over-committed their stock.
In the end, you were never actually charged and the guy personally and promptly wrote back a very apologetic letter. And then you swear off ever doing business with them again? Sounds like you are just a little butt-hurt over missing out on a good deal. :o
Hate to add insult to injury, but it looks like it was free shipping too. :p

P.S. Looks like you may have ordered before I did. I may be getting a "scarlet letter" as well. If so, oh well. Win some, lose some.

Yes they surly ran out of stock, Oh well took my $50 someplace else....They could at least give a discount on something in stock??? Oh well i gave another online store my business and 3 of my fellow co-workers got their business as well....I understand things sometimes happen but it's how you handle the issue as a business owner that makes you stand out in the customer service dept.
