Yellow Jumpmaster?

I love my Jumpmaster, but I think it'd be even better with yellow scales.

Anyone else agree?

I'm an admirer of Spyderco's designs. Using them is like immersing yourself in music or studying a painting in a museum. I buy some "fine" art but my preference is for usable art.

I'd take one...But i'll take any new spyder coming down the line....I have both the old and new Temps...and it is a close tossup with the new Temp, but I think the Jumpmaster is one of the best fixed blades i own, Its light compact and has excellant grip.....John
...Far more .....:spyder: than i need
But no where near as many as I want......

YES! I absolutely agree. I like to keep color coordinated with black handles plain edge and yellow serrated. I'm considering making some yellow G10 scales for my Jumpmaster

I have been wondering for awhile now why it doesn't come in yellow FRN. Same with the Rock Salt. I would buy a yellow jumpmaster :)

If yellow and black were both available when I purchased my Jumpmaster I have to say I probably would have went with the black. IMHO, yellow would have been too "loud" for my first fixed blade.

I would buy a yellow jumpmaster SE. I would also spring for a rock salt if spyderco made that with yellow scales.

Nothing against yellow, but what about tan FRN like they used on the OIF Native?

Since the Jumpmaster scales are secured by screws, not pins, replacement would be relatively easy if Spyderco made yellow scales available at some point. Since that is highly improbable, it would probably be a do-it-yourself project, or commission someone to make suitably-colored scales.

With that said, I think yellow scales (and, for that matter, PE) would be a nice option.
