That's an awesome design. How does it feel in the hand?

I am eat-up with sheepsfoot envy! Thanks for sharing the pics, that Rocklobster is one sweet knife.

It's funny that it wasn't even designed by Sal and crew, yet the Rocklobster just screams Spyderco.

It just fits right in, just like you can probably guess from just looking at that handle!

Truly a piece of work...

Congratulations to Jens for his innovative designs and the Spydie crew for making this happen.

Wonderful knife.. I particularly love the way it looks while closed.. every line marry perfectly each other.. (in Italy we use to say "sposarsi bene" = "marry well" about two or more things that match perfectly; I don't know if it's the same in english :p )

Grazie mille RobertoP! When I design my knives I put almost the same effort into making the knife look good closed as I do open. To me it is very important that the knife function visually in both open and closed.....besides a knife is probably closed more than open :)

Wow! You nailed it. We were just commenting about how well this knife looked just as good closed as it does open! :) Great job! Can't wait to get one.

Di niente, Anso ;) I must look at good things, since I'm an aspirant designer..

by the way, did you take a look at my recreational design thread? I'd like to know a designer's opinion.. (I'm looking for the time to design something else for fun, but in these days I'm very busy)
