hmmm... purple, black bladed CE waved endura with the spydie forums logo on it?

that way they will have a 1200 piece run of the blades since that's the USN blade....

although it's not a golden model, but as we've discussed, that could go either way..

It sounds like the rollout of the FRN Native 4 with a special purple handle just for us. I could live with that.
I don't believe in safe queens, only in pre-need replacements.

Heck I would be OK if it was a purple toaster. :)

I'm wondering if it will be a FFG Native I with purple FRN handles. Probably CPM-S30V to keep the price down. This will rock the house either way. I cannot wait until I can put forth my order for one. :)

Newbie question......do forum knives have optional blade configurations, i.e; PE, SE, CE? Or do you get what they choose?

I am really wanting an SE Native, so this would be perfect timing if it's available.

SWEET! I'm so in for a purple frn forum knife. I don't care what model, but I will stick with the Native IV guess I had at first.

Okay there are very few tidbits left for Kristi to feed us so it can't be too much longer. Purple FRN Native 4, I''ll take it. Super secret Golden Stretch, I'll take a couple.
So many knives, so few pockets... :)

I think purple is going to be great for the forum knife, I'm really excited. I'm all for color, and I think the forum knfie needs something to set it apart anyways.

I'm going to take a wild stab in the dark and suggest that it'll be a purple frn stretch. But not just *any* purple frn stretch, but I think that we'll be seeing a new blade steel. Maybe CPM-S30V, maybe CPM-D2 (crosses fingers), maybe even something else?

That would fit with the idea of a 'stock model with modifications'. Technically, just a purple frn stretch would be a modification (different color handle), but I don't really consider that much of a change, and certainly not worth really noting as a 'non-stock feature'.
