I'm afraid not. They take forever and a day to make. Tons of hand fitting. Realistically, about 10 hours work from start to finish. I usually do a couple of knives, and then swear that I'll never do another for as long as I live. My last "forever" lasted about 3 years. :p
Maybe someday I'll have the proper tools to make the job easier.

Buzzbait, do you do those custom scales for other people?
Check on SOSAK forums (you have to request access to the main forum, what you see initially isn't), I think there are people doing customs scales
Bussbait... Cool and nice looking mod to the Victorinox!! I have a Ranger that I'm putting new scales on myself.. I'm using a ghost green G11 material.. I still need to inlet for the tweezers and toothpick and I may even mill a small area out that I can use to fit and transplant the guts from an Photon microlight.. We'll see.. :)
The dyad :) I love the dyad jr.. I wish only it was just a touch larger and had the new Gen 4 build with liners and machine hardware construction.. The multi blade folder in my opinion has been overshadowed for years by the so called tactical folder. This is mostly because of macho marketing.. However :) the multi blade folder is still a great design and I believe it's time for a bit of evolution :)
In my knifeshop I sharpen lots and lots of knives.. I get guys bringing me everything from the cheapest of cheap " if it's unsafe I wont even sharpen it" and I get full house customs.. ( yes :) some people even use their one of a kind handmade custom knives.. I get to sharpen them :) . I see some of nicest and some of the most beat down knives that exist. One thing I see alot are broken points.. They pried with it or used it as a screwdriver in nearly every case.. This broken point syndrome is most common on single bladed folders but I've even seen it in swiss army knives that had screwdrivers on them but this is the exception to the rule and I'm sure I made mention of it to the customer at the time.. Then I fixed it. :) lol
I would love to see a Dyad type knife with a couple of other useful implement type blades... I think there is a market for such a knife.. The type of knife that you can clip into your pocket with a high quality one hand opening main blade along with a few other useful blades.
Having any additional blade be multifunctional is key to keeping the design useful and compact and this is where imho Victorinox is king.. The can opener is a perfect example.. It opens cans very effiecently and will also drive a phillips screw and a small standard slot screw.. I also use it as a hook to remove wire handled cookware from the fire when cooking over a campfire.. It's super useful.. It also works great for removing heavy staples from packages... That's one of the reasons I'd so love to see a colaboration.. To make the perfect "do most things well knife" for "average Joe" will take colaboration or reinvention :) and I'd like to see this evolution sooner than later...Mike

That sounds like a very tough job. I have no idea how you'd ever change the Photon battery after affixing the scales, unless you screw the scales down to the steel liners, instead of using epoxy.
I've thought about imbedding a piece of diamond file into a set of scales, just to smooth out my thumb nail after using the nail nicks all day long. :p
Buzzbait.. I'm still trying to figure it out myself.. Victorinox uses a little removeable battery tray but that's out of my scope bro.. lol
If we could only get them to mold the handles with an are you could snap a photon into the handle.. Have the knife come from the manufacturer with a same handle colored insert and the end user could pop it out and snap in a Photon or easily replace one that was damaged... :)
The swiss army knife is the best all-around pocket knife you can buy. I would take a SAK over a spyderco any day for the simple fact that it is just more useful for a variety of tasks and repairs. Having said that, if want to carry a dedicated knife and have some basic tools at hand, I'll go the spyderco route. I don't think a collaboration would be a good idea as SAKs and spydercos are icons in their own respective area. It would be better if both companies kept doing what they do and keep doing it well!

Sounds like a great EDC addition to me, I'm very excited to see this knife.
I've been looking for something like that but havent found anything I like. I don't have a need for pliers on a daily basis so I don't lug around a multitool, but a useable screwdriver on a nice lightweight, quality folder.. I'd pick up 2 for sure.
There are only a handful of lightweight folders with a screwdriver out there, but I find they are all either 1) annoyingly thick or 2) contain a paper thin philips screwdriver that is completely useless.
Eagerly awaiting this one...
The problem is not with guns. It’s hearts without God, homes without discipline, schools without prayer, and courts without justice.
My EDC is a spyderco knife in pocket with clip and in my bag one Swisstool plus and in coin wallet one swisscard, i had a wonderful swisschamp with white scales now discontinued, and one sad day i forget to leave in lagguage in airport and one stupid soldier confiscated me, im sure after i jumped on gate he robber from box my knife
I carry a variation of the Swiss classic on my keychain, has a little magnetized screwdriver. Great little tool, can't tell you how many times, I use the scissors or tweezers. Course always have a Spyder (old Standard usually or Delica in my back pocket) for bigger chores.
