I knew it was just a matter of time until it happened... the tip of my native broke off  I was in the process of using it in the kitchen tonight and knocked it off the counter onto the floor and broke off about an 1/8" of the tip. I am left scratching my head since it fell on a linoleum floor, never thought that that would be what broke the tip.

Oh bummer. Sometimes dropping tools is a bit rough on them. Luckily you can grind out a new tip or send it in and have the company grind one for ya.

That's sucks, the length of the blade is just about right, a regrind would make it too short :( maybe a visit back to Golden would be better ?
learning it the hard way...

I have never sent anything back to Golden so what do I need to do in order to send it back to them? Never mind I just found out how to get in touch with them.

Go to the Contact Page and choose "Customer Service," or call the phone number at the bottom of the page...
