There up on the online store. I order my 2 and the shipping came up free. I am 60 miles away so I should get them by the end of the week. :D

Just odered my Mule T2 on-line, but it said $8.00 for standard shipping.

Will we get a refund?

I also called the SFO first and got a recording to leave a message :o

Strange that I got charged for shipping when others didn't, but I'm sure Spyderco will fix it. Here's what my email confirmation says:

The order consists of:

Quantity Product (SKU) Unit Price Total
1 Mule Team CPM M4 PlainEdge (MT02P) $69.95 $69.95

Shipping: $8.00

Total: $77.95

Thank you for shopping at the Spyderco Online Store!

jeffbr wrote:Got my Mule! It did charge $8 for shipping, even though the announcement said domestic shipping was free, so I figure this is a glitch that will be taken care of after the fact. Thanks!
Yeah, saw the $8 shipping charge on my order, too.

Sorry, everyone, glitch. We're working on the shipping issue. We'll get it corrected. Yes, domestic shipping for the MT02P is free, we will correct the amount and issue a refund.

Nothing Ken, we're working on it, I think we've nearly got it fixed now.

As I recall, last time if you put in U.S. in the country block of your address, it charged you shipping, but if you selected United States from the drop down menu it didn't. Or it may have been the other way around. Either way, computers help us solve problems that we wouldn't have without computers. ;) :D

Only the cool people got free shipping, which is why I paid $8.00. :)

SFO will issue a credit to everyone who was incorrectly charged freight (Domestic and Int'l issues). It's obvious for them, who got incorrectly charged and who didn't.

Sorry about all of this, you know what they say about the best-laid plans... :o

The glitches should be completely fixed now. Thanks for understanding.

I have mine on order so Im a happy camper. I thought they would be sold out by now like the last Mule, but if i rememeber correctly there was a limited number of them put on the web site for sale. I think they were trying to fill all the 'pre-orders' that people had before opening up the rest of them to the public.

I would pay $8. It was $25 to get it to Hawaii. ;) It's almost like we're a foreign country, but I guess I cannot complain too much since the weather is great. :D Well one complaint a little more snow down here couldn't hurt.

A friend picked mine up for me this morning because I have class all day today. So I should have two lovely mules waiting for me when I get home.

I can't decided what I want to do to them. CF red liners on one. Thinking handmade micarta for the other.

$25 wasn't shipping! It was a "You live in Paradise" Tax!

I called in and got my order in. However, I was asked if I had entered a pre-order. Pre-order?? How was that available?

Looking forward to comparing this one to the #1 mule.

I got mine but sadly i could only get one. I had some credit card issues that i really should have fixed because I had the cash I just had not put it on the card and now I was right up to my limit  I am just happy i could get at least 1 because I have been looking forward to the M4 Mule since the 52100 came out.

I love the design as well as the steel. It makes a great neck knife because it is so thin and I have not even had any rust issues with my 52100.
The edge geometry is very sharp and one of my favourite users.
