Manix Mini... Finally

#1

Post by kaze »

Just got my new Manix Mini out of the mail box. All I have to say is this thing is solid! It makes my PM feel like a toy weight wise. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. :)

Thanks man. I hear that, I got this one off eBay for a steal. I'm still keeping my eye out for a full size too.

I was watching a NIB full size Manix PE on eBay last week go for $180! Never thought it would fetch that much. Lucky I bought several when they were still in production at "sane" prices.

the ce ones on ebay are priced around 120 bucks, the pe ones however, are relatively rare and thus are priced much higher

I agree, kaze. It is one of my favorite Spyderco knives. I am sad that it is discontinued:

Congratulations kaze. The Mini Manix is one of the best knives ever made, in my opinion. She doesn't disappoint.

The Mini-Manix truly is an awesome knife.

I'm almost afraid to ruin mine; but at the same time, I'm kinda eager for a chance to put it through its paces and see what it can really do. :D

I got my mini manix about a month ago and it has been my new edc ever since. I love it. Great size. However, I just got a d2 para (my first para) this week and it has seen some pocket time. I'll let you know in another month which one wins.

Yeah, my Mini Manix pretty much took the place of my PM. I just really like the weight of the knife. It feels so solid! Its tough not playing with it where ever I am haha. My girlfriend hates it already. :p

I know exactly what you are going through. The eye rolling and the "stop playing with that, you're going to cut yourself!" Right?

It's a healthy obsession.

I love my Manix and play with it constantly. Congrats!

Haha exactly. Except I have cut myself right after she told me that. It wasn't with the Manix though haha.
