Mastiff, sorry to hear of hard times. Best wishes to all.
Thanks Flycrash. I appreciate it. Everytime I go near the hospital or doctors though I see people a lot worse off than me so I can't really help but feel fortunate that so far I've got a place to live, a son to keep the family going, and a wonderfull best friend in Finn the Mastiff.

I feel blessed and also have the belief that life is a test that no one ever said was easy. Thanks again, Regards, Joe

Field biologist, former infantry.

Don't get to spend as much time outdoors as I used to though... :(

10 days in the mountains without water or electricity will probably make me feel better :D

I am an equipment operator in a large oil refinery. 16 years. Rotating 12-hour shift work schedule. Awake at night, asleep during the day and vice versa. I'm just trying to do my 25 & get the **** outta there. It was very cool reading through this thread and seeing what everyone does to support their Spyder habit.

I am the Sergeant of a three-man Rapid Tactical Force at one of America’s largest indoor retail shopping areas.

:p

No, actually, my job is quite boring. I work in Retail (mostly dealing with returns/customer service).

Wine Pimp

Its a tough job.....you know getting all the free samples and dusting......

And having to taste all the wines.......yeah, its a tough job. :D

This picture was taken a few months ago....my free samples are up to about three times this amount now. I give Wine away like water, I will never be able to taste half of this before it goes bad. ( I have over five mixed cases sitting in my garage.)

Prices go from $9-$50 per bottle (anybody in NC over 21 want a couple free samples  )

Hey..

How there are soo much "fleur de lys" on these bottles... There are Quebec's official flower emblems......

Care to send some north?... I'll be more than glad to reply with an elaborate analyse that would make any wine tastor as shy as an hbo tv viewer answering "I don't know who he is" at the question: "Who is Sam Fisher?"...

After having served over 36 years in the Royal Netherlands Air Force I retired 2 years ago. Since, I work for a well known small cutlery company from Golden, Colorado as their European Representative.
I take part in Trade- and consumers shows, visit distributors and dealers. Do sharpening clinics etc. I now live pretty much on the road..... :) :spyder:

I process chlorine for a living, my lungs love me for it! :)

I also make bleach and mix up batches of sodium hydroxide, both of which get loaded into tankers.

I really like my job!
