There have been many posts here which suggest some similarities between the newly released Tenacious and the Mini Manix & Li'l Temperance. Now, I don't post very often, but I read almost every thread, and from what I have read, there are some of you that would consider it a travesty and an injustice to include the Tenacious in the same picture as the Li'L T and Mini Manix. If that's you, feel free to click the 'back' button on your browser now as you may find the following pics offensive:
FWIW, I think the Tenacious holds it's own against it's predecessors, and it is my current EDC as it is easier and more affordable to replace.

The lock up on the Tenacious has that oh-so-satisfying Spyderco 'SNAP' when the blade is flicked open & locks into place. It is a treasure to the eyes and the ears. Lock up is tight, firm, and secure. You get so much more knife for less than the price of a Dragonfly. I think if you get one, you will be quite pleased. Take care,

LOL Jay :D Great comparison pix even if they are sacrilegous
Thanks for the pictures Jay.
I have a request. Could you post a close-up picture of the linerlock engaged? I wonder how thick the liner is. I read that the lock up is fine: on par with the Military?
