Deployment sheath for P'kal?

Is anybody making a Kydex deployment sheath for the P'kal? I'm thinking of something along the lines of Normark's Speed Dialer sheath for the waved Delica/Endura. Here's the link:

I'd like something belt mounted and maybe canted a bit.
