Worth every penny, shilling, pfennig, puka shell or whatever else you may have paid! If I wasn't a spydernut, it might just have been the last knife I'd need until it wore out. But...
Daily carry, usually IWB, under a gunbelt's worth of potentially scratchy equipment, for over a year, has resulted in virtually no visible wear. A really close examination would find a few light scratches, but nothing that would be seen by a casual eye.
Hmmm... I've never thought they look or are cheap at all. On the contrary, this is a higher end knife for me. Then again, each one has an opinion, right?
I carry mine every day (except New Year's Eve) since I got it in October 2001, and it shows almost no wear. Also, I wear jeans almost every day and jeans tend to scratch more because of the tougher textile material. My Mouse has put up with this just fine.
If ever I'm in a situation where even showing a clip would be unwise, I carry my mouse in my jeans watch pocket, rather than have a knife loose in the bottom of my pocket.
Hi Jeff.
Mouse carry in the watch pocket it very comfortable. It does not restrict leg movement at all, in fact unless I put my hand to my pocket I don't know it's there at all.
The pocket bulges out rather than in, so the only time I notice it is when I reach into the main pocket. When sitting it can make using the main pocket a touch difficult, but when standing it's not that noticable.
I would imagine that the clip would drag on the pocket hand when trying to access the main pocket. Or are you placing the entire knife inside the watch pocket; clip and all?
Either way, I think I'm going to need one of these. Here we go again...
