Funny how these things go.

"This is a very limited production on this non-utility folding combat knife from the Colorado designer"

IIRC it was Sal's intention to offer a full sized utility hawk in the Spyderhawk. Still, I've got no doubt that it makes a very nice combat folder.

Josh must have made a mistake and this is a typo. I noticed also that the Spyderhawk isn't currently on his website. ;)

Yeah that's definitely a typo for sure.

I do think we are seeing the SE Spyderhawk in a transition phase as far as collectible value goes

The Blue PE has been high on the "envy meter" for some time now. Due to it's unique color and the fact that there are very, very few of those around.

It blew my mind when they offered that as a BLADEFORUMS knife that it got very little response.

But I would say that the SE model will probably end up being one of the costlier FRN Spyder collectibles within 18 to 22 months. Maybe sooner. Kind of depends on how many of them that Felly will hoard :D :D

I'm truly surprised that the fishing industry didn't take to it even more so than the Harpy

I even love my blue PE user as much as I do my SE user. I better not lose the blue one huh :o  ?

I don't think it is a typo. I think the only one they have left is the owner's personal safequeen. Considering they have a couple of Protech Godfather models listed at $99,999.00 each, the price on that 'Hawk looks positively reasonable
I don't believe in safe queens, only in pre-need replacements.
