Awesome
KamSingh,
Great pictures man. Those are very nice. Beautiful, clear, and nice and bright.

Fantastic pics of your new Manix.
I got my CE Manix in January of this year. It has a "born" date of May 2005. The only differences I see between that one and the one shown below are:
1. The jimping (as has been mentioned elsewhere already). My Manix has the four large notches. The newer ones have the fine jimping, which looks like is fast becoming the Spyderco preference going forward.
2. There is no bug on the blade of my Manix.
3. The four scale screws (two per side) -- near the back-lock and the lanyard hole -- are flat and recessed on my Manix, while it appears they are sticking up a little on the new ones, similar to the screw closest to the pivot (only smaller).
Can't say if there is any difference in the clip or clip screws, as I removed mine as soon as I took it out of the box, but they look the same from what I remember.
I got this one when it appeared some online retailer had a misprint about prices. Got the Manix for under $35 (as well as a black-blade Para-Military SE for $20)!
The Manix sure is a tank of a knife. Superb ergos too -- fits my hand like a glove.
Congratulations! :)
