Yes. No.mr.vu wrote:Ti clip with paint stripped from a salt model. Barrel bolt piece from a stainless Native?

Correct! Both the clip and the CLIP-SIDE barrel bolt screw are from Pacific Salt (I removed the black coating of the Titanium clip and clip screw and polished them smooth). I switch the Ti clip and ONE naked slip screw and put it on my BB Delica 3. For the non-clip side of the blade, I retained the original, black coated clip screw. So -- one side all black, on side black & Ti/H-1.Padawan wrote:To me, it looks as if the clip and the bolt came from a Salt.
Shall I send you my mailing address for the prize? :pHarry White wrote:Correct!
i'm not sure about that either. does anyone know if the Salt clip screws are titanium, H-1 or some other, non-rusting material?Padawan wrote: I didn't realise that the actual bolt on the Salts was also titanium, unless I'm simply misreading your post. I assume it must be made out of some sort of rust-resistant/rust-proof material, but I wasn't sure whether it was titanium like the clip or simply the same steel that the lock-bar and other non-H1 bits are made from.
