I gotta have one or two. Is there any chance of them coming out before mar 25th cause I'd like to get one for my birthday knife.

I heard that Sal is talking about this product. But I do not have much info about it at all. I would love to see the picture of it.

Hi Cyblade - With much caution 'cause Spyderco's release dates are always "estimated" release dates, the Flatbyrd is scheduled for an "estimated" release in February 2007. Now, don't get all upset and devastated when the release is pushed back into March.....
That's how it is with production all over the world....

I am confused. It looks sabre ground but this description says flat ground.
"the new Flatbyrd that will come with a blade of 8Cr13MoV stainless, as found on the rest of the byrd knives. The blade will be available only with a plain edge and is flat ground with the recognizable byrd comet opening hole."
I hope it is flat ground.
