Centafonte III
I bought a Centafonte III this week, and I am so happy with it. I researched this forum extensively and got the feeling the C3 would be exactly what I long had been looking for--something between the Delica and the Endura that would afford my rather large hand four-finger grip with a three-or-so-inch blade and grooved thumb ramp. Well, the C3 sure fits the bill. It is very stylish and a great slicer. It feels so comfortable. And the palladium silver Spyderco bug is something else. :)
