sorry if my repley sound rood didn't me it that way what is the meat test to witch you refer to i like these test for somthing to play around and do i think the paper roll from phone book paper are the hardest to do the bottle is pretty easy.

Okay so i won't be doing the meat test to tech for me but he never tryed the temp wish could see that one in a head to head with the other knifes bet it would do very well

I'm only satisfied with my sharpening if I am able to clean cut cigarette paper with every scallop and the plain edged tip of my knife
