How does one become a member?

It does not matter which hand holds the knife, it only matters that there is a knife

Contact Spyderco: rdurant@spyderco.com coordinates that process.

being a collector's club member is a scary prospect to me... especially now with 500+ models coming out in the next 6 months ;)

I am, yes. There are two levels of collecting. The new models only collector or the "I send my paychecks directly to Spyderco-All Varients" collector.

Hi Whitwolf. Zen's link to Ruth is good advice. She will provide you with all the details of the two kinds of membership. She helped me to decide :D

And one of these days I hope to be in the "send your paychecks directly to Spyderco" level of that club. ;)

They get all my money anyway, might as well take out the middleman(me)

I hope Ruth is on commission! Yes, the variant collector is a brokle person but, ahh the knives.....The best thing is you no longer have to scratch around to get the newest, hot thing. It's coming, and you just have to wait for your phone to ring, or get that notice in the mail or the sweet sight of the UPS man with a small, but somewhat heavy box from Colorado. Speaking of the UPS man........green endura and delica, lava, jig bone microdyad, co-pilot in black almite, captain, chinese....I need a raise!!!!!!!!
