I ordered one from NGK yesterday, and am really excited to check one of those out. The backspacer looks quite excellent.

I picked one up, should be here around tuesday. I posted a thread about it here somewhere, but it didn't get much in the way of replies. From the picture on the ngk site, the knife reminds me of my g10 standard. It'll be interesting to see how the knife feels when it gets here. For $20, you can't go wrong, in my opinion.

So when do we get the G-10 Crossbill? That's the one I'm waiting for.

I'll second that Scott. Sal mentioned maybe a FRN version, but G-10 would be even better, espicially in the updated version.

The brown truck delivered a package from everyone's favorite pharmacy this afternoon. Sorry for the poor quality pics, we're having thunderstorms so I couldn't get any outside in good light. Here is the plain edge G10 meadowlark versus a G10 Standard.

Hello All,

My G-10 Meadowlarks (both PE & PSE) arrived today - these are (my numbers) 28 & 29 in my Byrd collection. Sal, Kristi et al - it just keeps getting better and better with regard to the Byrds. Great value, easy sharpening and new fun. Thanks all.

Cheers - Joe

Kristi - hope to meet you at the SFO in about two weeks.
