I got mine a long, long time ago (last year in fact)...the trick was to order from SFO as they always throw one in the box when they ship...
Follow the mushin, but pay it no heed.

It is very special to just get these things from the US isn't it? I can't recall any other companies doing this. I wish Surefire would, though they usually offer a nice PDF version on their site.
But to get these things for free and so fast is amazing. Thanks all!
