Pic of Pickal here

You need to register, but that's easy.
I like how the original proto is improved. The lock release looks better, and the removable 'wave' is very smart (but not really 'good' looking  )

As it is from a public forum that anyone could join, I fail to see the problem asking a copy of pic...not a hotlink (which affects bandwidth), but everyone has their own code. Thank you for your offer but I must decline. Use of the company email was the reason to avoid joining that forum from work...so sending knife pics to work email really is the same issue. Guess I'll have to practice patience and do it at home. :spyder:Ted wrote:I don't think linking to someone elses pics on another forum without consent is appropiate.
I could send them via e-mail however.

THAT is just TOO FREAKY!!!
Aloha ALL,
It's good to be back...
Anyway, I just about searched my house for Rod Serling when I saw the pics of the Pikal. (VERY nice BTW). Why? Well...
When I heard there was interest in a Pikal model awhile back, I dug up an old design and "finished" it. I then asked :spyder: R&D if they were interested in seeing my Pikal design but I was told that they already were working on one.
Now, check out the pic of my sketch. (Sorry for the bad scan...the paper is old) This is not the "nice finished" drawing, I can't find it right now, but i did find one of my old concept drawings. I thought I would share this because I just found the similarities a bit too freaky! Be advised, this was only a sketch, and not the "final" version I had ready to send to Sal...
I just worked three 16+shifts in a row over the last three days with only about 2-3hrs. of sleep between each shift, so I thought I was seeing things! :D In fact, I have NO idea what I am doing here right now...I should be asleep, but I think the forced OT kinda wrecked the body clock a bit...
I am VERY happy to see that I was at least on the right track, and now I cannot wait to get one of these Pikal models!
I missed you guys!
God bless
(Looking over shoulder, "Rod? Mr. Serling? You can come out now! )
