Did I miss the chatter on this?

I have all the SNK 4V exclusives (except the Dodo) but I'm kind of out of the exclusive game now. Plus I'll be having outpatient surgery tomorrow when these drop. But good luck to those who want this one. I imagine it shouldn't be too hard to get one being close to Christmas and all

It's posted in the Delivered and Upcoming thread. It's cool but not on Santa's list.

I actually really like Rex 76, I have a pm2 from GPknives in it. If you like Rex 45 you will also like Rex 76, it has all the attributes of 45 but with the hardness of Maxamet. Very nice to sharpen, super keen edge, very high edge strength.

I figured it had to be mentioned somewhere but a search came up empty

I have my Cruwear-Micarta Shaman and SNK 4V Shaman. I don't really carry either very often. Plus I'm pretty content with my accumulation and not buying knives like I used to. So this is an easy pass for me

Not interested in this one.

Would rather they commission a 4V Bodacious.

It was with great anticipation I recently saw Sal mention in another thread they were working on bringing out knives with denim micarta handles.

Now I’m just hoping it won’t end up as a dealer exclusive handle flavor

Really want to get my hands on one, but unfortunately I won't be able to. St. Nicks refuses to send it out to Bulgaria with my brother in law. Where the majority of my collection is. And they won't allow me to use forwarding services. I've emailed them and got a response of some sort that it's because of the card processing system they use?!!?? And I was thinking like - how come that most dealers using the same system have no issue with that. But it's their business so they decide what they do. Sadly a number of those shamans will end up on the bay site or similar and if I really want one I'll end up paying the premium asked. But enough of me. I bid good luck to all of you who want one. Happy hunting. 😁

They are going quicker than I anticipated they would. Due to the holidays I thought it would take longer to sell but there are only 104 left. I assume they'll sell those within the next couple days.

I was on the fence as funds are tight due to Christmas but I'm a sucker for denim micarta and I don't have a DLC Shaman, or a knife in Rex76, so I caved and bought one.

I’d really like some Rex76, but I have no use for another shaman. I’d love a Native Chief in this combo though 🤤

I noticed that they stopped shipping to Australia too. It must be a recent change, because I used to buy a few times from them in the past.

Don't mean to be disrespectful, but it's their loss. Collectors would find a way to obtain any of their exclusives. They do pop up here and there if you're willing to splash the cash. Regarding the regular production, they don't really carry something unique to keep me or anyone else as a regular customer. For years my money are going mainly with dlt, rec and wmk. Good prices, discount codes/points etc. I wish them good luck, but from now on St. Nicks is off my book.

The 4V runs appeal to me this new drop doesn’t work for me . Hoping to see a Bodacious exclusive from a dealer . Sorry about their change in policy shipping overseas . MG2

No shipping to Canada anymore either.

I've done a few orders in the past using their cheapest UPS option, with delivery within two days. This time I had them ship to a freight forwarding company.

Seems to me quite a few shops, across various categories, have seized shipping to a range of countries that they previously used to serve.
The rationale is, in the few cases I've inquired, issues with packages being stopped/returned/lost or whatever it may be. I get it. If it's more trouble than gain to ship abroad, why do it?
It's frustrating though, cause a lot of items can only be bought from abroad, and the US specifically. But then again, with the spike in international shipping cost over the last few years, I have reservations even buying from the shops that still ship internationally.
Though not knife related, I wanna give a shout out to KETL mountain apparel in this regard. Just stumbled upon the brand this year, and they ship internationally, quickly and super affordable.
