Thankful for the generosity from Spyderco to run the calendar contest and give away such a great knife! Exceptional example from Taichung.

As we like to say, time to get our turkey on!! :releived

I'm still deciding (hah!) but yours is also my son's. Very nice choice!

And Happy Thanksgiving all. This forum, it's forum members, and of course Spyderco has been a blessing to me and my family this year, and I'm grateful for all of it.

"just" my high end treasure from yesterday (because I like it so much) :
BBB 15V Para 3
Handle swapped to the standard black G 10 (sorry Shawn black is best for my mechanic job).
After market dark blue lightening strike Ti clip .
Love this thing !
also
Bear & Son brand new slip joint : D2 with long drop point blade ( < 3mm at spine) Denim Micarta , has pocket clip with laser etched bear paw.
Apparently it is a BEAR sort of day (just noticed that).

By evening will switch out to my laser etched, dark green dyed , bone handled , Case Trapper . One of my main carries when at home at Thanks Giving and Christmas .
well you asked . . .

Everyone have an excellent day (in US and else where ) !

One of my grails came in yesterday. Gayle Bradley Folder .. I am carrying that today. Knife was preowned but barely used. This is a really amazing knife, the linerlock is so fantastically executed and every single aspect of it is well thought out.

Here is a next to my recent favorite K390 LeafJumper that shows happy signs of use.

Strange but true, I was spatchcocking (I always feel weird saying that word) a turkey and could not find the good kitchen shears, broke the other ones trying and ended up using my GFB mini hatchet to break the biggest bones 😂😂😂
