Re: Flashlights
Gotta love the Emisar D3aa platform. Great little lights with high output.

And a little fun with the auxiliary lights. The kid said to keep the one on the left set up like that because it reminds her of cotton candy haha.

Re: Flashlights
I was a flashaholic for years. Recently I became
a knifeaholic. Knifeaholics are 100 times as fanatical as flashaholics. That said, I like 4sevens and Olight, plus Nitecore , Fenix, Acebeam and a few others. Rechargeable batteries are cheapest in the long run.
Olight Baton 4 is a good carry light, but the magnet on the tail may attract steel keys or other things made of magnetic steel. Their charging system is effortless to use.
My first car was my mom’s 1959 Volkswagen. It had a 6 volt battery!
These days, I can have a flashlight smaller than my index finger that puts out much more light than that old V dub did on high beams!
I’ve got more flashlights than I have Spydercos.
I’m working on the imbalance.
It’s a disease.

Re: Flashlights
Nice lineup! Dig the smaller lights on the right side. Easy to put in your pocket.
Besides a light in my car, these are all my flashlights. The Olight Arkfeld and the Nitecore TIP are the most used. The Tiki I have 2 of and are attached to keychains. The Fenix UC35 I use for Urbexing and stuff. I like the button on the back. The Tiki's I have for many years and will do for most of my use. The Olight is very handy for jobs around the house with the magnet at the back.

I've heard a lot of good things about the Arkfeld. Very tempted to get one myself, as you see I don't have any lights that style.Paul Ardbeg wrote: ↑Sat Sep 27, 2025 12:28 pmNice lineup! Dig the smaller lights on the right side. Easy to put in your pocket.

Those lights at the right end are Wurkkos TS10's. The Ti/Copper and all Copper lights have triple emitters. The black one is a single emitter, a bit more throwy.

Re: Flashlights
nitecore edc27 for me. its so easy to pocket for a long, powerful light

I have the newer more powerful version too, the 29 I think.
Tempted to buy the shorter one too. Love this series. Used to carry the larger Fenix lights as a security guard but these are close enough in brightness while just sacrificing some battery life. With how easy they are to recharge I'm fine with that trade off.
