New to this forum. I have 2 Spyderco's one that I think is a Delica and the other is a police model Seki City made with AUS 8. What model similar to these profiles has the highest quality steel? particularly ref. edge retention & sharpness. Thanks in advance.

you can buy each of those models in updated versions with K390 steel. It holds an edge an extremely long time. sharpening it will be easier with diamond or cbn stones, and you will need to take care around corrosive materials as it is not stainless.

getting a new spydie is always a treat, but getting a new old stock spyderco definitely hits different.




brand new C95 from around 2008-2009. I believe that's when they switched the clip screws from phillips to torx and did fine jimping instead of dino.

fits my hand better that a glove, literally.
