My 5-year old S110V UKPK that I EDC'd a lot for the past few years, pictured here with a newly-purchased backup S110V UKPK that I bought earlier this year. The grind lines on the blade have smoothed out a bit, the handle texture has smoothed out a little too, and there's a bit of color fading, but you'd be hard-pressed to tell the two apart if you didn't know.

Speaking of tomahawks getting used - I think @Candyman might have one of the most torture tested Szabohawk's of all time! :cheap-sunglasses
You mean the one that was found in a peat bog? ;)

Very nice!

To my eyes this looks so much more beautiful than a "new and shiny" look could ever do.
Top three going by pocket-time (update April 25):
- EDC: Endela SE (K390). Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10), Chaparral SE (CTS XHP)
- Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Endela SE (K390)

Thanks. I like them worn out and full of the character as well. This one is almost 20 years old, but still working great.

Most of mine don't really show much wear, even my Autonomy that spent 7 years in my pocket during my towing job that cut so many car bumpers and tire plugs and you name it barely has a scratch, it shows more wear from how smooth and polished the G10 is.

I think the ones I have that show the most wear are my H1 Dragonfly and H1 ARK, but with H1 if you cut down one box the knife looks like it's been through a warzone.

Just shows that they are getting used. I support the scratches! I am sometimes bothered with pictures of "user" knives that are clearly not being used very much.

I love it. I had a thread about it a few years ago.

I totally forgot about that thread….😃 certainly adds character. I never give a second thought to using H1/H2, probably why my stretch 2 XL SE Salt is always in my pocket. Unless you like a shiny chrome look, I suggest not trying to polish them out…. 🙄
