Which spyderco is in the mail?

My Manix 2XL showed up today in the mail. It's freaking awesome too.

All the M4 XL's I handled were extremely smooth. I wouldn't mind having a back-up to my DLC one.

Those scales take dye really well too. I've dyed a pair of M4 Chiefs, and dyed my M4 Manix scales Kelly Green.



Those started out the same color as yours believe it or not.

Always admire the work you put into the C95 . It looks fantastic . MG2

Lol, it’s the Janisong, but this really isn’t the forum for discussing restricted models.

I would argue that it is no longer a restricted model, since you can now buy them on Amazon (and every other knife retailer website).

Not everybody lives where you live (I don't know where that is, but your perspective seems like you're assuming all of us are there right now). Not everyone shops on Amazon.

It's still a separate sub category on the forum to keep discussion of those models out of the general discussion here, so Spyderco foresaw that as a need.

S2XL K390 finally out for delivery from Dack (45 days later... And I had to spend considerable time trying to get ahold of their customer service because it was stuck for over a week in an interim processing state with their distributor... I'm going in a different direction for awhile - to me the delay and poor communication were not worth the savings. YMMV!).

I also ordered a K390 Endela WC from Chicago Knife Works because y'all are bad influences!

I do not need more K390 knives, but there's just so many great models available right now!

Satin Bodacious incoming! As a fan of smooth scales, humpless designs, and handle forward/choil-less designs this seems to check a lot of boxes and fix some preferences/shortcomings from the native chief and tenacious.

Just got a "processing order" email from Dack outdoors with my S2XL K390. Hopefully it arrives soon been almost 30 days now.....sheesh

Local to me in South Africa. The Knife Guy. One of the only people that get rare Spydercos into the country for us.
