Manix 2 Forest Green and CTS-204-P blade steel.

Edit: I never thought this knife was anywhere close to a green, or I would have loved it. The knife was disassembled and I dyed the scales black.

I tried to lighten the color but the G10 doesn't give up much, so black they are lol. I then took the edge down to about 15 dps and polished it out to where it's a Razor now and I love it. New pix on the top 2 here for a looksee.
