Hey everyone,
I recently picked up a Spyderco Military 2 15V BBB, and noticed a couple of things that have me curious. First off, it appears to feature a ceramic detent ball. Secondly, I found some blue, felt-like fibers stuck to the tip of the blade.
I didn’t manage to snap any photos, but I’m wondering if anyone has seen this before. Could these fibers be residue from the buffing wheel, or might there be another explanation?
Any insights would be much appreciated!

In order to keep the price down on knives, Sal has hired smurfs to sharpen the knives.

The blue surface thing is like OMG moment for sure...

Spyderco only uses red felt. You’ve got a counterfeit!

Mine usually have cat hairs on them but they didn’t come from Spyderco.
