Nice scales and I guess I'd really like REX 76 (not THAT much different to REX45 -my favorite PE folder steel so far - from what I read -??).

Would much prefer the blade to be uncoated though.
Top three going by pocket-time (update April 25):
- EDC: Endela SE (K390). Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10), Chaparral SE (CTS XHP)
- Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Endela SE (K390)

Hope we see more milled scales out of Golden. I think that is awesome!
Ya I still hate that I sold my Cruwear Manix2 with the OG gray diamond scales. This one has a similar appeal.

GPK site was stuck in the mud for about 10 minutes, but I finally got an order through. Looking forward to this one, both for the steel and the scales/colorway.

I got one as well after dealing with website congestion. They're still in stock boys, I was able to add another one (just for experiment sake) and I got to the checkout. If we can do it so can you, go, go, go! Normally I've been pretty good at ignoring exclusives, and sprint runs lately (I got a lot of knives) but this one called out to me.

I’ll regret getting just one in the future but I have many other purchases to make.

It was a bit buggy in the first 10min but after that it was smooth as butter. Managed to grab 2. Interestingly, it's still available hour and a half later.

NGL I thought when the site was breaking that it was like the olden days, and that they would be out of stock in minutes if not seconds. Very surprised to see them still up either they have a large shipment, or the website crashing was just cap from flipper bots that couldn't buy out the stock in a second because there's a 2 unit cap. Either way I'm excited my old PM2 I got in 2017 has regular liners, and these ones are DLC coated!

Very happy to get one about 45 mins ago! No problems checking out!
Necromonger: What do you think of this blade?
Riddick: I think it is a half gram heavy on the back end.

Has anybody put one to use or sharpened Rex 76? Curious how it performs. Not much out there.

Great looking knife for you that have a limited shorter length blade. Just lots of scales and handle for a 3.5" blade.
I got a Killer P3 that I never carry for only one reason, being to short of blade. Heck of a great knife, love the Maxamet steel, just wish it would grow in length...

Got 2 I think. Lately I'm getting two of each as long as the budget permits. Although, until I get the tracking number it's like I didn't order anything.

It's very similar to Z-max. And my mule in Z-max is probably my most used and abused knife. I believe you going to love it. It's Rex 45 on steroids.

I've got no first hand experience with either at this point, but I thought it was REX86 that was same make up as Z-Max? I could be wrong.

Either way, I'm actually a bit surprised these haven't sold out yet in satin.
Going back to Caly.

So many posts and no user photos yet? I want one of these, but the 15V millie has taken my spending budget for the spring. I would like to see some sharpening feedback. Rex45 is a terrific steel and I find i can sharpen it almost as easily as Hap40.
