Unfortunately 15V, it seems, won't be making it outside of Golden controlled heat treatment, so Taichung models may never see the steel. And aside from that part, I think you could quite easily accomplish your desires there just by buying one on the second hand market and having a scale made with clip opening...

I was being a bit facetious with that post, but in all honesty the clip isn’t really that important to me if there was a re-release of this model, just a small detail to perhaps consider. I’d be just as happy without one.

Just inquiring. What makes you want this model so much?

You get a lot of knife in a small, well thought out package.
The combination of its diminutive size, performance orientated edge geometry and attractive yet practical design which you can stand up to good use appeals to me. Unfortunately I no longer have the original.
