Shot Show 2025 Spyderco Booth 10555 set up

Image

You can see the EMPTY prototype cases that get filled up on Tuesday. No pictures are allowed of the prototypes.

It's really neat that Spyderco brings the prototypes of what they plan on making to the show to get people's real world, hands-on feedback. (Gotta love Sal)

Again, no pictures are allowed of prototypes, so it's something cool to check out in person. They also do this at bladeshow.

No worries for the pictures, we'll see them in Amsterdam :open-grin. Hope they bring lots !

The booth is really cool. I have a very stereotype view of this but this makes me think of a New York bar, like in Friends.

Good Shot Show to everyone from the team and attendees !
:respect In the collection :respect : Lots of different steels, in lots of different (and same) Spydercos.

Robin. Finally made an IG : ramo_knives

I was curious if the Military salt has the same scale thickness as the standard version, or if the scales are a bit thicker to compensate for the machined grooves.

I'll be buying one no matter what, but if the scales were a touch thicker that'd be an added bonus for me.

i know there's a lot to be excited about here, but seeing the black manix salt and military salt has turned me giddy.

I didn't notice an appreciable difference looking at them with my eyes or feeling them in my hand. There is probably a difference we can measure, however I don't have my calipers with me.

Heck of a choice if you could only pick one.

The pattern in the salt version looks great on those black handles, makes me wonder why Spyderco doesn’t put that pattern on G-10 knives beyond their salt series.

Thanks Shawn for the pictures, excited for the videos.

That pattern is a Salt Series identifier in much the same way H2 steel and the color yellow are.

I just thought that pattern or another one for that matter could possibly find it’s way into knifes outside the salt series.

Looks good and possibly helps with grip a bit.
