What are you having for Christmas dinner or lunch?

What are you all having for your Christmas meal? I've been baking peach cobblers for two days to give as gifts. Finally, I made one for us to eat on Christmas.



We made the dressing and I'll get up before dawn and put it in the oven. We will have creole roasted chicken, apple-carrot salad, some sort of greens and or a green salad, as well.

Roasted duck and veggies for me. With homemade egg nog

Tonight my family is making orange chicken and fried rice. Tomorrow the plan is meat loaf and mashed potatoes.

Roasted duck! The Chinese do the best roasted duck and there is a good restaurant very nearby. I might buy a whole roast duck for Easter.

Man, I feel like a bloated dog tick after that big meal. I need a nap.

Hormel chili and hot dogs makes a great meal.

Buy yourself an airfryer of good quality and you'll be able to easily cook good meals.

I was invited to have dinner and then lunch (christmas eve and then christmas) at an italian family's home. dinner was various seafood plates and pasta (spaghetti w/o the sauce) and lunch was lasagna. And its true what they say about italians... they keep feeding you... it was a beautiful christmas experience. :+)

We don't eat much, so just some jamon de bola and pasta with red sauce on Christmas Eve.
