They're filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. It allows a business to maintain operations and reorganize while creating a plan to repay creditors. Crucible has done Chapter 11 before. They may come out of it smaller, sleeker, more efficient, and hopefully profitable. I'd expect they come out of it, but I'm just some guy on the Internet.
Chapter 7 is liquidation, that'd be a cause for more concern.
Knife steel is not a significant percentage of the market for steel.

I don't have any, so can't testify to it, I would go with -BA. Just because they can.
