Dang, the temp is one I was hoping to score at a bit of a discount but I want PE.

Does anyone use Opticsplanet.com? They are advertising the Manix 2 in SPY27 FOR $163.35 Manix 2XL in SPY27 for $179.99 and the SPY 27 Shaman at $229.99. all of these are cheaper than anywhere else but is this a reputable place to send money for knives that might not even be released yet?

OpticsPlanet is a well known retailer. People complain about them a lot for various reasons, but they’re a legit seller.

I ordered a Native 5 salt for $119 and a Lil Native compression lock for $139 from Blade HQ since the standard Native has been my EDC off and on for over 20 years. I really wish they would do the Native 5 with a compression lock. I emailed that question to Spyderco and they responded the same day! Not many of the big guys will respond like that, another reason I'm loyal to this brand.

OpticsPlanet is definitely a legit retailer, but they run into issues sometimes because they will not very clearly mark stuff as out of stock and needing backorder fulfillment.

Edit - $139 is a great price for that MagnaCut Chief... I just wish AWT already had scales available. Tempting to buy one and just hold out for the inevitable offering from them though...

I get the CF+S90V tradition, but this was a bad choice for a salt knife. Pretty sure if those were G-10 Sirens at that price it woulda sold
