Maybe in the next reveal there will be a new design that sparks my interest.

As the opposite of a steel snob, handle color and steel variations of existing designs only do so much for me.

I'm with you. I'd like to get at least 2 each of Spyderco Native Chief in CruWear and Magnacut before 2025. The clock is ticking.

I’m hoping for some s110v. I picked up the Native lightweight last year and I love it but darn that steel is expensive!

I’m also hoping we might get the new Lil Native lightweights in as a surprise bonus.

My buddy messaged me last night Blades Canada has new screw construction Manix 2 Lightweight in maxamet on sale. It didn't take me long, I couldn't resist and pulled the trigger on it. Just got a message it is already inbound! I'm extremely stoked as it's my first maxamet knife. It was $199, exactly 4 years ago I got Manix 2 in REX45 for $174 from the same retailer. It is comforting to think despite inflation and wage stagnation super steels are still available for such a great price at your local knife store.

Well I ended up ordering a Manix 2 G10 with Spy27 blade for $137 and change along with the Sharpmaker for $72. I also back ordered the Manix 2 Cru Carta for $153. These will be my first Manix 2 knives.

Well, five days ago I said I didn't really need anything, but now I've got new scales for my Canis and a new black PE Pacific on the way. Oh, and now I'm thinking that a non-wave Matriarch for under $100-ish would fit nicely into my small collection.

I miss those days. Maybe but I think it’s now going to be random deals not extremely awesome deals all over. A lot of knives aren’t on sale at all. But some of it comes from the difference in map. The deals don’t seem as great.

Man, I have slowed down on knife collecting tremendously but right now I'm mostly interested either in the Rex PM2, or even the Knifejoy Spydiechef exclusive. I loved my chef but I gave it away to my best friend for his birthday this year. I had it for several years, carried and used but it was still in excellent shape. He always admired it and I wanted his first Spyderco to be special.


Well, looks like GPknives is broken GG WP. I had the Rex in the cart but I can't get to the payment window lol

I read back thru my order confirmation emails from 2 years back and saw that during that BF Spyderco dealers sale, I got a Salt Manbug, DF2 Salt Leaf SE(H1), DF2 Salt Hawkbill SE (H1), and a Salt 2 SE (H1, black) for a little over $220+ (tax included), with a free Kershaw Cinder and a baseball cap from one of the dealers.
