maybe I am wrong but how many knives do you need, I am sort of minimalist now, buy what I use, use what I buy. In the past I bought an Emmerson that sits in draw, no not need at this point in life to collect what I do not use.

We (my son and I) are going to try to come on Friday after I get off work. We are both excited, and he's been looking through the catalog every day. We're excited to see what we can find, and to meet some great people the day before and day-of, and have no plans to flip. Being among like-minded people sounds fun. I think we'll need to bring our sleeping bags!

Sad to hear it but it is greatly appreciated to get this information. Silly to say it impacts what knives I buy as I try to keep my spending within limits on this hobby. As I would hate to spend $300 today on a new knife if in two weeks there would be an online second sale but reached my knife buying limit.
