I'm sure MC will get to Seki.

sal

Quoted from the Magnacut in Seki knives thread last year.

I'd be in for either a Magnacut Delica or a Magnacut Salt 2... as well as a Salt Endela :)

I think the wharnie ship has sailed. I should probably pick one up sooner rather than later.

Wharncliffe ship sailed in 1832, is still sailing, my travel beyond the horizon, and always comes back.

It is not a R.I.P. blade…

I love a wharnie too, but based on the last discontinued list, things look a bit bleak for the wharnie.

I think so too , but would love to be surprised with an exclusive or sprint . My guess sales were not good enough to keep in lineup . Dan

I have a Delica in about every steel that’s been offered.I’d love to see how cpm MagnaCut stacks up to s30 m390 s90 vg10 and so on all in the same blade design.

Ordered a UK Penknife is magnacut. Probably the closest thing to a magnacut delica we’ll see in a while

An MC Salt 2 probably has a much higher chance of coming to life than an MC Delica: As far as I gather, with Spyderco Magnacut means true Salt knife (like in super high corrosion resistance in all its metal parts): Easier to do in linerless FRN than with liners, let alone that that particular "salty" platform does exist already anyway.

... I personally still have not tried Magnacut, must be a great steel, but I guess I don´t really "need" it.
Appreciate though every variant that helps in further boosting the popularity of the Delica/Salt platform. For me still the best folder in that particular smaller size range (if I put the Chaparral into one size category below).
Top three going by pocket-time (update April 25):
- EDC: Endela SE (K390). Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10), Chaparral SE (CTS XHP)
- Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Endela SE (K390)
