Usually see more chatter here on the forum when knives are going fast. Keep trying. I think this knife might be a hidden gem. But we won’t know till we test it.

I was busy at the moment of the release, started 15 minutes later. An hour and a half, a call and an email later I still can't get the submit payment info page to load, just a blank screen.

I have a master sushi chef buddy(he owns his on restaurant) who uses a PM-A11 mule that I gave him for certain, behind the scenes, tasks daily at his restaurant. I have occasionally used mules in my home kitchen as well.

If I were to purchase this knife, I would struggle to find a need to actually use it. I just don't do enough to really justify a fixed blade (I tap away on a keyboard all day). How would a mule work in the kitchen? XEOS has the properties that I think would lend itself nicely to the kitchen, but is the geometry way off? What tasks would it be good at? What tasks should I use a proper kitchen knife?

Just give them and call and buy it over the phone. I have done it before with no issues, they will take a CC over the phone too.

Oh yeah, I almost always avoid the $13 shipping charge by spending $75+ on another knife. It's not really the most sound financial strategy, but it's a fantastic way to justify purchasing another knife. I'm not spending more money on another knife, I'm saving money by not paying for shipping!
