Hey folks! I really enjoyed everyone’s submissions this week!

MG2’s photo really stood out to me and gets top place this week. It is the kind of photo I would put as my wallpaper. It reminds me of the original poem “America the Beautiful” in the opening line “ O beautiful for halcyon skies,
For amber waves of grain…” and I love that the colors are powerful and yet somewhat subdued at the same time. A beautiful image and makes me want to be down on the farm.

This is second fence post shot at different angle at sunrise . No cattle were harmed or given ice tea during the shots at electrified fence post . MG2

Nestor takes honorable mention with his imposter rockjumper! Love the depth if field focus here because it makes the details in the knife and the surface of the rock pop! Well done!

Thanks guys , the shot was taken outside of town just outside of the rolling hills from the bottoms where the farm ground goes flat for literally miles and miles . Fence post has been there for probably a hundred years . Dan
