ImageImage First time I have seen a turtle laying eggs for many years . I was leaving a local lake and sunlight reflected on the shell .So stopped took a couple shots shots and backed out . She was taking advantage of this bare spot after almost two inches of rain last night .

Prothonotary Warbler. Not quite full breeding plumage, which would be more yellow all the way underneath than white, so maybe still a young bird.

Swift Feather-legged Fly
The larvae are parasitoides of squash bugs, leaf-footed bugs and stink bugs
and it is used as a biological control agent for these agricultural pests.

I have not noticed any here but they would be welcomed.
We have a target rich environment.

If you do the bag put far away as possible from their sources to food . The bag attracts them but it doesn’t stop the ones not going to plants and trees . Liquid drenching perennials and trees they are attracted to in Fall really helps . I am sure you are aware of all this but may help others . Dan
