I went with the coated ones. Just thought the cerakote would be more durablePaul Ardbeg wrote: ↑Sat Jun 01, 2024 1:38 pmHave been looking for scales for my Native 5 and AWT makes some nice stuff. Did you get the ano or cerakote finish?

Para 3 in CPM-20CV.
Swapped "Mocha Nebula" anodized titanium scale and RIT dyed G10 for Cerberus skinny frag scales. (Were butterscotch, dyed to a Reisen brown.)

Re: Show your mods!
Here is a Siren with S90V steel I got a few weeks ago that I have been messing around with a little.
Have not done anything to the thumbhole in the blade, but I have fluted out the access area to the thumbhole in the CF scales quite a bit.
I just couldn't get my fat thumb comfortably to open the knife, other than that really like the knife. It's really different from my other Spyderco knives.
I didn't get a pic of the Siren before I had already cut the scales for better access, so there is nothing to compare to; but what I have done is made night and day change to my Siren.

This is a PM2 with vintage emerald green paper micarta scales. Zirconium Vader with oil slick finish for scale and contrast. There is also a blade by REK in S90v that I'm really enjoying.
