It's that time of the year to pick out your Spyderco knife (or knives) for your New Year's holiday carry. So, what are you EDCing on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day?

I have my Spyderco CPM Cruwear Military and Spyderco Delica 4 PE on rotation right now, so I'll be EDCing them today and tomorrow. If we go out, I'll swap out the Delica 4 PE for my Spyderco Assist in Orange FRN as my VEDC.

Today it's a new Pattadese. I replaced the overly bulky wire clip (protrudes because the scales are made thick enough for contouring) with one of Ripp's milled wire replacement clips, and it transformed the knife.

I'll decide about tomorrow when it comes.

Carrying Spyderco Native Chief in S90V with carbon fiber. This knife has not left my pocket since it's release/arrival.

Just my opinion but the Spyderco Native Chief is the best Spyderco and maybe one of the top knife designs out on the market for any purpose. This is easily a Best Design Knife and should be receiving accolades from all design magazines. There is just one beautiful arc all along the back of the blade, from the tip to the tail. Nonetheless, there is plenty of grip. Just a beautiful knife.

Don't pass it up! A 4 inch blade is awesome to have. The Spyderco Native Chief disappears in your pocket.
