I'm surprised how different this version feels from the LW, when the weight difference is only 0.3 oz. Not worse, but definitely different. The LW feels unexpectedly light and nimble, the Salt does not.

so the salt feels bulkier and heavier? since the lw also has linerless scales, i imagine the weight difference is completely in the hollow ground blade. is the difference you feel the change in balance? does it feel like it's more capable of harder tasks with the beefier blade?
